Full-Time Director, Project Delivery

About the role: As Director, Project Delivery – Access Marketing, you will be responsible for leading and managing agency workflow, client delivery, resourcing, timelines, budget, and submissions across internal business units, clients, and external partners.

What you'll do:

• Lead all aspects of project delivery end-to-end (scoping, submissions, execution, lessons learned).
• Lead project delivery for client accounts and internal Access Marketing.
• Establish and optimize processes, improve, streamline, and automate agency workflows.
• Enforce project standards and business management systems.
• Foster client relationships and represent agency operations/project delivery in client meetings.
• Lead launch planning roadmaps and day of approval plans.
• Create and disseminate project burn reports, escalate/mitigate risks, collaborate with account team.
• Integrate Advisory and Marketing disciplines.
• Grow Access Marketing through supporting project delivery for RFPs, pitches.
• Collaborate with account, strategy, medical, creative, and other project delivery partners.
• Support leadership with growing the internal project delivery team.
• Be flexible with travel (up to 10%).

About you:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years' experience in project management within a healthcare agency.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and cross-discipline environment.
• Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical brand marketing (broadcast, print, digital, medical/legal/regulatory).
• Expert skill level with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Expert skill level with MS Project or other project plan software (Smartsheet).
• Expert skill level with production tools (Egnyte, JIRA, Asana, Content Management Systems, online routing).
• Excellent knowledge of web technologies (user experience, web development).
• Strong experience with traditional/non-digital and digital campaigns.
• Highly skilled as an interdisciplinary thinker.
• Proven track record in leading teams, problem-solving, upholding organizational culture.
• Comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
