About the Opportunity: Seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead global talent acquisition strategy in US, EMEA, APAC, and Australia.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of high-performing Talent Acquisition Partners.
- Develop strategic hiring plans.
- Create and optimize global recruitment processes.
- Drive data-informed decision-making with recruiting metrics.
- Collaborate with People team partners.
- Own the global ATS strategy.
- Design and implement structured hiring.
- Maintain scalable candidate experience.
- Evolve global employer brand strategy.
- Build relationships with professional associations.
- Lead talent events.
- Personally lead full-cycle recruitment for executive roles.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years TA experience, 4+ years people management
- Proven track record of building global TA functions in high-growth companies
- Experience leading remote teams across regions
- Strong understanding of international talent markets
- Executive search experience
- DEI-focused hiring practices
- Excellent communication skills

Compensation: €69,700 - €82,000 EUR
