Acumatica is seeking a Director, Talent Development reporting to the Chief People Officer.
This role significantly impacts employee engagement by driving retention and growth, building talent development strategy, and executing integrated initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support job architecture build-out, partnering with total rewards and the business to develop career paths aligned with employee, talent development, and business needs.
- Partner with stakeholders (executive leaders to HR team members) to assess, design, and implement organizational learning and talent development strategies.
- Drive learning and development programs to enhance business objectives, focusing on soft skills, management excellence, and leadership development.
- Ensure consistency in talent evaluation across the entire employee lifecycle (hiring, performance, progression, etc.).
- Partner with the CPO to implement company values and embed them into daily operations.
- Evolve performance management frameworks linking performance to compensation and career development.
- Develop data-driven employee engagement and retention strategies to enhance culture and employee experience.
- Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to align talent initiatives with business priorities.
- Partner with People Analytics to establish metrics assessing talent program effectiveness.
- Utilize talent metrics to provide actionable insights and guide strategic decisions.
- Lead the employee engagement survey process (design, communication, analysis, and action planning).
- Manage the Udemy learning platform and its effectiveness.
- Evolve talent review strategy and execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or Business
- 10+ years experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Organizational Design
- 3+ years experience working with C-Suite or Executives
- Proven expertise in complex change management, leadership development, and cultural evolution
- Strong background in Organizational Psychology, Leadership, or Change Management
- Ability to partner with executive leadership on talent and change initiatives
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills
- Ability to build plans at strategic and tactical levels
- Data-oriented with analytical skills
- Project management skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Proven ability to set strategy, build execution plans, and deliver measurable results
- Expertise in coaching and mentoring to develop talent and facilitate career progression
Compensation: $180,000 - $225,000 annually.
Travel: Up to 15% domestic and international travel.
