- Program Design and Implementation: Design national talent management programs and roll out learning initiatives.
- Digital Engagement: Maximize engagement with digital platforms.
- Succession Planning and Talent Reviews: Co-lead succession planning and career development.
- Communication and Influence: Communicate talent programs within business units.
- Internship & Trainee Program Management: Oversee internship programs.
- Marketing and Communication: Improve marketing strategies for talent initiatives.
- Employee Engagement and Appreciation: Design employee appreciation experiences.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree Required, Graduate Degree Preferred
