ReSource Pro is seeking a Director, Total Rewards to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our U.S. total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, wellness, and payroll. This role is critical in ensuring our programs remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with our talent philosophy across a growing and dynamic business. You will oversee a team of compensation and benefits professionals and play a key role in M&A activities—from due diligence to post-integration strategy.

You will…- Lead the Total Rewards team and strategy across compensation, benefits, wellness, and payroll.
- Oversee U.S. benefits programs, including annual renewals, vendor management, and compliance.
- Direct compensation strategy, pay structure design, and annual planning cycles.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, and Talent to develop equitable, scalable compensation practices.
- Lead Total Rewards integration for M&A, including due diligence and harmonization.
- Deliver Total Rewards–driven projects that support business scalability and engagement.
- Support compliance programs and ensure audit readiness across payroll and benefits.
- Provide guidance and development to team members through coaching and mentorship.
- Present recommendations and data-driven insights to senior leadership and committees.
- Drive alignment between Total Rewards initiatives and overall business goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 12+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience, with deep expertise in compensation and U.S. benefits strategy.
- 7+ years of direct leadership experience, including team management and cross-functional collaboration.
- M&A integration experience related to payroll, benefits, and compensation.
- Demonstrated success managing compensation design, pay equity, and market benchmarking.
- Strong working knowledge of ACA, ERISA, FMLA, ADA, and other regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced Excel skills for modeling and analysis.
