We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual for the CTO Office of our Distributed Cloud business unit.
As a key support to the Chief Technology Officer, you will gain valuable experience in a dynamic technology environment focused on cutting-edge cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Support: Assist the CTO in building and maintaining relationships with key technology partners like Google, AWS, and Microsoft, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and tracking partnership activities.
- Data Management: Maintain and update information in partner platforms, ensuring data accuracy and contributing to reporting efforts.
- Project Coordination: Support R&D project leads by coordinating meetings, tracking progress, and facilitating communication.
- Team Support: Assist with internal team activities like organizing events, gathering feedback, and supporting knowledge sharing.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the CTO, including scheduling, managing calendars, and preparing presentations.
- Technology Research: Research and gather information on emerging cloud technologies and trends to support technology roadmap development.
- Knowledge Management: Maintain and organize the internal knowledge base on Confluence, ensuring information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Process Improvement: Assist in designing and documenting internal processes, contributing to workflow improvements.
- User Management: Manage users within internal systems (Atlassian stack, Google Workspace), ensuring proper access controls and user group organization.
- Compliance Support: Support adherence to ISO standards (ISO 9001 and 27001) by maintaining relevant documentation and following procedures.
- Google Workspace Administration: Support Google Workspace management, particularly Shared Drives, by organizing content, managing permissions, and ensuring efficient information sharing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong interest in cloud technology and innovation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, or similar productivity tools.
- Experience with Confluence or other knowledge management tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with the Atlassian stack (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence) and Google Workspace is a plus.
- Understanding of ISO standards (ISO 9001 and 27001) is a plus.
