Full-Time District Sales Manager

• Maintain and expand relationships with System Integrators and local Dealers.
• Grow our share of wallet within the Intrusion Alarm and Access Control product portfolio.
• Achieve sales quota and assigned account objectives for local, national and/or global partners of Radionix.

Responsibilities:

1. Promote Intrusion and Access Control portfolios ensuring customer needs are met.
2. Establish productive, professional relationships within branch networks.
3. Support Design Engineers within assigned District/Region.
4. Meet assigned targets for sales volume and strategic objectives.
5. Utilize CRM tool daily to update on key contacts, call and travel schedule, customer engagement, pipeline, opportunities, next steps and required resources.
6. Develop and manage project pipeline to drive incremental revenue in region.
7. Attend regional road shows, industry, and trade association meetings.
8. Provide feedback on product requirements, market trends, end-user feedback.
9. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve account objectives.
10. Partner with Key Account Managers and Enterprise Account Managers.
11. Engage with business partners to drive new sales opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in Technical Sales preferred.
• Excellent technical and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and innovative abilities.
• Strong team player.
• Ability to travel at least 70% primarily in the Midwestern U.S.
