Job Details
As a District Sales Manager, you will maintain and expand relationships with System Integrators and local Dealers within an assigned District. You are responsible for achieving a sales quota and assigned account objectives for local, national and/or global partners of Radionix.
Responsibilities:
- Grow share of wallet within the Intrusion Alarm and Access Control product portfolio.
- Promote Intrusion and Access Control portfolios of Radionix/Bosch products.
- Establish productive, professional relationships within branch networks.
- Meet assigned targets for sales volume and strategic objectives.
- Utilize CRM tool daily to update key contacts, schedule, engagement, pipeline, and next steps.
- Develop and manage project pipeline to drive incremental revenue.
- Attend regional road shows and industry meetings to support sales activities.
- Provide feedback on product requirements, market trends, and end-user feedback.
- Collaborate and communicate with internal stakeholders to achieve account objectives.
- Partner with Key Account Managers and Enterprise Account Managers.
- Engage with business partners to drive new sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in Technical Sales preferred.
- Excellent technical and interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with strategic planning abilities.
- Strong team player.
- Requires at least 70% travel in the Midwestern U.S.
