Full-Time Division Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Division Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervising staff to meet daily targets
2. Ensuring all work aligns with division procedures and policies
3. Reporting work-related issues to management
4. Organizing, planning, and managing daily tasks
5. Evaluating division performance and identifying areas for improvement
6. Providing technical direction and support to personnel
7. Ensuring staff compliance with policies and procedures
8. Assisting with employee recruitment, onboarding, and training
9. Planning and developing the division's monthly budget
10. Reviewing office operations and reporting issues to senior management
11. Handling inter-division disputes with the HR department

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Strong knowledge of management best practices
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Solid conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to navigate stressful situations
