Full-Time Division Manager

5. Assisting in recruitment, onboarding, and training.
6. Developing the monthly budget.
7. Reviewing office operations and reporting issues.
8. Resolving inter-division disputes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Excellent management skills and knowledge of best practices
• Strong communication, teamwork, and conflict resolution skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations
