Full-Time Division Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Division Manager to join our company.

Your duties include supervising staff, ensuring daily targets are met, work aligns with division procedures and policies, and reporting work issues to management.

Success requires excellent leadership skills, the ability to identify and solve division problems quickly and efficiently, strong management knowledge, and the ability to motivate and support personnel.

1. Organizing, planning, and managing daily tasks and operations.
2. Evaluating division performance and identifying improvement areas.
3. Providing technical direction and support.
4. Ensuring staff compliance with division policies and procedures.
5. Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and training new staff.
6. Working with finance to develop the monthly budget.
7. Reviewing office operations and reporting issues to senior management.
8. Working with HR to handle inter-division disputes.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree in business or a related field, a minimum of 2 years management experience, strong management skills, good communication, teamwork, conflict resolution, problem-solving, organizational skills, project management skills, and the ability to handle stress.
