Full-Time Division Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Division Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising staff to meet daily targets
• Ensuring work aligns with division procedures and policies
• Reporting work-related issues to management
• Organizing, planning, and managing daily tasks
• Evaluating division performance and identifying improvement areas
• Providing technical direction and support to personnel
• Ensuring staff compliance with policies and procedures
• Assisting with employee recruitment, onboarding, and training
• Developing the division's monthly budget
• Reviewing office operations and reporting issues to senior management
• Handling inter-division disputes with the HR department

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Strong knowledge of management best practices
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations
