Full-Time Division Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Division Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising staff to meet daily targets.
• Ensuring work aligns with division procedures and policies.
• Reporting work-related issues to management.
• Organizing, planning, and managing daily tasks and operations.
• Evaluating division performance and identifying improvement areas.
• Providing technical direction and support to personnel.
• Ensuring staff complies with policies and procedures.
• Assisting with employee recruitment, onboarding, and training.
• Budget planning and development with the financial department.
• Reviewing office operations and reporting issues to senior management.
• Handling inter-division disputes with the HR department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Strong management skills and knowledge of best practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to navigate stressful situations.
