Full-Time Division Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Division Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervising staff to meet daily targets.
2. Ensuring work aligns with division procedures and policies.
3. Reporting work-related issues to management.
4. Identifying and solving division problems efficiently.
5. Motivating and supporting division personnel.
6. Organizing, planning, and managing daily tasks and operations.
7. Evaluating division performance and identifying areas for improvement.
8. Providing technical direction and professional support to personnel.
9. Ensuring staff compliance with policies and procedures.
10. Assisting with employee recruitment and onboarding.
11. Planning and developing the monthly budget.
12. Reviewing office operations and reporting issues to senior management.
13. Handling inter-division disputes and conflicts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years management experience.
• Strong knowledge of management best practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to navigate stressful situations.
