Full-Time Division Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Division Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise staff to meet daily targets.
2. Ensure work complies with division procedures and policies.
3. Report work-related issues to management.
4. Identify and solve division problems efficiently.
5. Motivate and support division personnel.
6. Organize, plan, and manage daily tasks and operations.
7. Evaluate division performance and identify areas for improvement.
8. Provide technical direction and professional support.
9. Ensure staff compliance with policies and procedures.
10. Assist with employee recruitment, onboarding, and training.
11. Develop the division's monthly budget in collaboration with the financial department.
12. Review office operations and report issues to senior management.
13. Handle inter-division disputes and conflicts with the HR department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Strong knowledge of management best practices and managerial skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Solid conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to handle stressful work situations.
