Full-Time Division Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Division Manager to join our company.

Your duties include: supervising staff to meet targets, ensuring work complies with division procedures, and reporting issues to management. Excellent leadership is key to success, along with identifying and solving problems quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

1. Organizing, planning, and managing daily tasks.
2. Evaluating division performance and identifying improvements.
3. Providing technical direction and support to personnel.
4. Ensuring staff compliance with policies.
5. Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and training.
6. Planning and developing the monthly budget with the financial department.
7. Reviewing office operations and reporting issues.
8. Handling inter-division disputes with HR.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years management experience.
• Strong knowledge of management best practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
