Dila Recruitment is seeking a Freelance Recruiter to connect talented individuals with their dream jobs, particularly within the multilingual BPO field.
Position: Freelance Recruiter
Location: Remote from Europe
Employment type: 100% self employed / Freelance - able to invoice
Remuneration: Commission per placed candidates
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Find and attract top-notch candidates through various channels.
- Conduct interviews and assess qualifications.
- Work with the Dila Recruitment team.
- Maintain a candidate pipeline and build lasting relationships.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Keep candidate profiles updated in the ATS.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in English (spoken and written).
- Second language (Swedish, Norwegian, Dutch, Danish, German) is a plus.
- Experience recruiting internationally (high volume/language speakers for roles in Europe - mainly BPO roles).
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects independently.
- Great time management and organizational skills.
- Own sourcing strategies and network.
- Located in Europe.
