We’re looking for someone who is extremely organized and thorough and can ensure successful completion of enrollments for clients as they onboard to their new EMR.

The Role:
Assist clients with their enrollment process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to determine necessary payers.
- Create EDI Master Lists for enrollments.
- Draft and obtain client approval for EDI enrollments.
- Obtain client signatures on enrollment forms.
- File enrollment forms with payers and clearinghouses.
- Assist clients in completing required forms.
- Follow up on filings via email/calls.
- Use helpdesk software for enrollments and communication.
- Cross-train with EDI analysts during periods with completed enrollments.
Minimum Requirements:
- Working knowledge of X12 Manual (837P, 837I, 835, 276, 277)
- Experience in Healthcare EDI/ERA enrollment.
- Experience as an EDI Enrollment specialist or credentialing specialist.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Extreme attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and troubleshoot.
- Self-motivated and able to multitask.
