Full-Time EHR Professional Services Director

Own client relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction. Ongoing communication with providers, practices, IDG operations team, IDG leadership, RCM, accounting, and vendors regarding releases, features, support, etc.

Implement metrics to measure relationship performance.

Manage the operations side of customer support and collaborate with the support team to enhance provider and patient experiences.

Oversee practice training for new implementations, ensuring smooth and successful go-lives.

Oversee ongoing user training for all users and stakeholders.

Manage operational functions, ensuring legal compliance and adherence to regulations.

Manage relationships and agreements with external partners/vendors.

Oversee marketing efforts to prospective practices.

Required Experience: Healthcare software experience (EHR and/or PM), 5-8 years' experience.

Required Skills: Proven business operations experience in client relations, customer service, training/implementation, external partners/vendors, compliance, practice relations, marketing, accounting.

Required Skills: Experience building, managing, and developing various teams. Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Required Skills: Technology-savvy, advanced Microsoft Office skills, project management tools (Jira, MS Project). Identify new technology for support.

Required Skills: Previous project management experience surrounding go-lives, previous experience working with accounting.

Preferred: MBA
