Job Details
Train and coach employees on software procedures via in-person, videoconference, and webinar.
Become a subject matter expert on software applications through self-directed learning, staying current with updates.
Identify and suggest operational and product improvements.
Liaise between business and technology teams with customer-facing responsibility.
Review and follow-up internal tickets, tasks, and special projects.
Provide project status updates.
Participate in software testing.
Accountable for projects related to training customers.
Create training manuals for all customers.
Understand clinical workflows and implications of solutions.
Previous physician practice management system (PMS) / electronic health record (EHR) software experience.
Understanding of RCM workflows.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge in process data analysis and business processes.
Strong communication skills and experience developing customer relationships.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to learn quickly.
High motivation to help the company succeed.
Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and demonstrate strong self-motivation.
