EHR Support Lead is a critical role within Privia, responsible for ensuring optimal athenaOne EHR performance and utilization. This role provides leadership and supervision to the EHR Support Team.
Primary Job Duties:
- Provide supervision, mentorship, and performance management for team members.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for athenaOne.
- Oversee and manage Salesforce escalations.
- Analyze case management data to identify trends and improvements.
- Monitor and maintain support and case management workflows.
- Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) reviews.
- Proactively address EHR-related challenges.
- Conduct weekly team meetings.
- Configure, customize, and test platforms.
- Communicate deadlines, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities.
- Collaborate with other departments for seamless EHR operations.
- Maintain knowledge of the athenaOne platform.
- Create, maintain, and update training materials.
- Support the Leadership team.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in EHR Support.
- Strong athenaOne knowledge.
- Strong leadership capabilities.
- Experience in project management.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Understanding of ambulatory healthcare operations.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Employee training experience.
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 (base). Additional benefits and incentives may apply.

Eligibility for expense reimbursement: Employees who regularly work from home offices.
