Job Details
This position is a part of the Veolia Water Tech business level Quality, Environmental, Health, Safety and Security (QEHSS) staff focused on training activities.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead and set priorities for a 3-5 person training team consisting of trainers, vendors and administrative professionals.
- Provide leadership for global QEHSS learning strategy and digital transformation initiatives
- Drive organizational change management through innovative learning solutions including virtual reality and emerging technologies
- Lead strategic partnerships with C-suite stakeholders across HR, IT, and QEHSS
- Oversee global training operations and a multi-disciplinary team of professionals
- Spearhead the implementation of next-generation Learning Management System
- Conduct in person training globally for 6-8 weeks annually
This role requires 50% travel domestically across NAM and internationally.
This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in office and 2 days remote for employees living within 50 miles of our location.
