Full-Time EHS Training Leader

• Lead and set priorities for a 3-5 person training team
• Provide leadership for global QEHSS learning strategy
• Drive organizational change management through innovative learning solutions
• Lead strategic partnerships with stakeholders across HR, IT, and QEHSS
• Oversee global training operations and a multi-disciplinary team
• Spearhead the implementation of next-generation Learning Management System
• Conduct in person training globally for 6-8 weeks annually
• Requires 50% travel domestically across NAM and internationally
• Hybrid role requiring 3 days in office and 2 days remote (within 50 miles)

• 15+ years of progressive QEHSS leadership experience
• Advanced degree preferred (MBA, MS in Organizational Development)
• Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives
• Executive presence and ability to influence at senior levels
• Global leadership experience managing distributed teams
• Strategic planning and execution expertise

• PMP, Learning or Change management certification
• Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-function, global environment
• Demonstrated organizational, problem-solving, analytical and technical skills
• Ability to work both independently and as a team member
• High degree of personal and professional integrity
• Take charge personality, effective decision maker
• Ability to learn quickly and drive to be the best
