Job Details
We are seeking a passionate business leader to support our client's quality team. They will develop, lead, and implement the program vision, cultivate global talent, and serve as a subject matter expert in quality assurance/control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy a quality coaching program that monitors products for adherence to standards, visualizes data via dashboards, and communicates feedback to supervisors for operator improvements.
- Lead proactive quality mechanisms to identify negative customer experiences and collaborate with stakeholders for improvement.
- Participate in regular operational reviews and performance reporting, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure information is relevant, accurate, easily consumed, and highlights improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate meetings, providing feedback and insight (e.g., Voice of the Operator intake review, roadmap prioritization).
- Influence the design and development of strategic processes.
- Potential for domestic and international travel (25%).
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years operations leadership experience, including quality management
- 2+ years delivering results related to quality and/or efficiency improvements
- 2+ years leading teams (direct reports)
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills (especially narrative writing)
- High integrity and discretion handling confidential information
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Certification
- Experience using analytical tools (Control Charts, Hypothesis Testing, Regression Analysis, etc.)
- Experience identifying, analyzing, and solving ambiguous problems with meticulous attention to detail
- Passion for technology, commitment to learning technical products, and a desire to expand technical knowledge
- Ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments
- Experience leading people/teams (even without formal responsibility), building rapport across all levels
- Strong change management and influencing skills, with the ability to negotiate and communicate effectively at all levels
- Proficient in written and verbal communication
Next Steps: Successful candidates will complete a writing assessment. Remuneration is negotiable. Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000.
