As an Employee Experience & Impact Specialist II, you will play a key role in advancing Inclusion and Belonging initiatives by driving data-informed strategies and operationalizing impactful programs. Reporting to the Director of Employee Experience & Belonging, you will be responsible for managing program operations, analyzing people data and metrics, and supporting initiatives that foster an inclusive and equitable workplace. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, project management, and strong data analysis skills to ensure our belonging efforts are both measurable and impactful.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Program Management & Support
- Support Spring’s 10 ERG Groups, ERG Leads, and Task Force Leaders, helping them develop programming, educational content, and engagement strategies.
- Design and facilitate training, workshops, and learning opportunities for employees at all levels around concepts of equity, accessibility, inclusion, and belonging.
- Manage our Sprout with Spring Mentorship Program including our customer success relationship, participants and enrollees, communications, and data analysis.
- Data, Metrics & Reporting
- Strong project manager who can keep track of details without losing strategic throughlines.
- Collect, analyze, and report on equity and inclusion metrics, ensuring that data informs decision-making and talent strategies.
- Collaborate with People Operations to track and report out on key talent metrics, including retention, promotion, and sentiment analysis.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with our internal communications teams to develop newsletters, program updates, and internal messaging, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Conduct research projects to benchmark best practices and refine Spring Health’s Belonging strategy.

- Maintain 98%+ satisfaction rating of our Sprout with Spring mentorship program
- Maintain 90%+ of ERG and Taskforce leads feeling confident they have the necessary knowledge, resources, and support to effectively operate in their leadership roles
What We Expect From You
- 3-4+ years of experience in Inclusion and Belonging, HR, People Operations, Talent Development, or related fields.
- Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and using metrics to drive decision-making.
- Demonstrated success launching and embedding new programs in evolving environments.
- Experience with inclusion and belonging programs, employee engagement initiatives, and mentorship programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships across all levels of an organization.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, comfortable working in an evolving, high-growth environment.
- Experience using HR/People systems and analytics tools (e.g., Lattice, Gem, Greenhouse, Tableau).
- Familiarity with inclusive hiring practices, workforce development, and talent retention strategies.
- Background in program or workshop design and facilitation.
- Experience working directly with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and internal communications.
- Understand how to bring others along during ambiguity or shifts in priorities.
