The Employee Experience leader will work with the Regional Employee Experience leader and the entire team, ensuring we deliver with excellence and improve the overall employee experience. These leaders will also have an eye to the future. They will lead business as usual (BAU) operations as well as look for ways to simplify, standardize and automate this work wherever possible in their respective cluster/country.
In this role you will:
- Manage a cluster/country team of Employee Experience associates, ensuring operational excellence across key domains including data management, local contracts and letters, local administration and tools like Workday, Workday Help, MEET IQ.
- Ensure continuity of business as usual (BAU) HR operations and administrative work in your respective cluster/country
- Ensure our employees’ most fundamental needs are met by effectively answering employee queries, maintaining accurate employee data and connecting associates with the right tools.
- Drive HR functional excellence by - delivering a modern Employee Experience that is consistent, simpler, faster, better - always improving:
- Ensure cluster/country MEET sites for are kept updated in real-time by the team
- Use WDHelp and the dashboard daily to identify areas of successes & areas of improvement and take action accordingly with the goal of continous improvement
- Ensure the team is providing efficient & effective service
