Full-Time Employee Experience Manager

• Employee Experience & Engagement: Design and implement employee engagement programs, lead alumni engagement, partner with leadership, own employee surveys, plan and execute staff events, and define and track key employee experience metrics.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Own and optimize large-scale onboarding workflows, build and refine centralized onboarding systems, establish clear roles, partner cross-functionally, create consistent and inclusive standards, and own onboarding training content and reporting.
• Communications & Knowledge Management: Develop and steward employee communication standards, manage key internal communication tools, build and maintain feedback loops, and lead Galileo’s knowledge management efforts.
• Organizational Learning & Inclusion: Support Galileo’s Innovation for All initiative by embedding equity, belonging, and access into employee experiences.
