The Employee Relations Advisor will be a key support for Endeavour Group, providing timely and effective responses to employee-related enquiries and requests.
This role will manage employee relations cases, conduct investigations, handle complaints and grievances, and offer expert advice on conduct and performance issues.
Additionally, the ER Advisor will support assurance processes, offer interpretation advice, and contribute to control processes to ensure Team Members are paid in accordance with awards and EAs, while also coaching and guiding leaders.
Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
- Manage cases end-to-end, ensuring high-quality case notes, drafting formal documents, and providing professional advice in line with policy and best practices.
- Support assurance processes, offer interpretation advice, and contribute to control processes to ensure accurate pay in accordance with awards and EAs.
- Respond promptly to support requests from all business areas.
- Coach and advise leaders on performance management and conduct issues.
- Provide accurate, timely advice on policy, modern awards, and Enterprise Agreement interpretation.
- Conduct workplace investigations and recommend disciplinary actions.
- Manage end-to-end litigation, representing the business in relevant commissions.
- Provide peer support, training, and coaching to People Advisors.
- Lead and support HR projects to improve processes, enhance employee experience, and drive organisational effectiveness.
- Partner with Endeavour and ALH Group businesses, facilitating training as a subject matter expert.

- Manage high volumes of casework efficiently.
- Excellent written/oral communication & presentation/facilitation skills.
- Strong administration, organisation, and attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of workplace legislation.
- Influences stakeholders effectively.
- Proven experience or qualifications in Human Resources, Law, or Employee Relations.
- Ability to interpret and advise on industrial instruments.
