We are seeking a highly motivated EMR Implementation Specialist to support the integration, onboarding, and training of our EMR customers. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the implementation journey.
- Partner with customers to define integration requirements for EMR platforms.
- Create and manage project plans, overseeing customer integrations.
- Lead status meetings with customer IT teams.
- Conduct testing to ensure system functionality and data integrity.
- Create user-friendly guides and training materials.
- Facilitate live or virtual training sessions.
- Provide phone support to customers and Sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement system enhancements.
- Provide education on new features and best practices.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in EMR implementation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prior experience providing phone-based customer support.
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and operations.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline.
