We are seeking a Recruiter with 4+ years of experience to support high-volume hiring for Oracle E-Business Financial Suite (EBS) and federal contracting roles.
This is a remote position ideal for someone self-motivated and detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for Oracle EBS Financials positions within the federal contracting space.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Source candidates, collect resumes, and develop talent pipelines.
- Focus on W2 hiring, converting C2C candidates when appropriate.
- Lead salary negotiations and collaborate with HR to finalize offers.
- Utilize ATS and sourcing tools.
- Adapt to changing priorities and multiple job requisitions.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.
- Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in the federal contract space.
- Experience recruiting for Oracle EBS Financials or other ERP financial modules.
- Proven ability to build relationships with candidates.
- Experience negotiating salaries and compensation packages.
- Experience working primarily with W2 employment models.
- Strong organizational skills.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience using SmartRecruiters or a similar ATS.
