Full-Time Executive Chef

Manage the kitchen operation across multiple outlets, maintaining food quality.

Organise food planning, preparation, cooking and presentation.

Ensure supplies are correctly issued and stock rotation procedures are followed.

Set objectives, supervise recruitment and selection, and assess employee performance.

Stay updated on food trends and ingredients.

Control finances and maximise commercial opportunities.

Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, Food Safety, and environmental legislation.

Value food provenance and teamwork.

• Experience in a demanding kitchen.
• Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate or above.
• Team player with negotiation and relationship-building skills.
