What You'll Do:
- We seek a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing to hiring.
- Collaborate with department managers, proactively identifying hiring needs.
- Attract candidates using various sources (social media, referrals).
- Possess experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
- Ensure the company attracts, hires, and retains top employees, building a strong talent pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and update job descriptions.
- Use various methods (networking, research, sourcing) to find top candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and industry leaders.
- Perform job analysis to document requirements and objectives.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs.
- Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualities and potential.
- Develop recruiting strategies for senior executives.
- Use recruiting tools to filter candidates.
- Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Onboard new employees.
- Negotiate salaries, prepare hiring documents.
- Monitor HR best practices, industry trends, and recruiting laws.
- Act as a point of contact and build candidate relationships.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter.
- In-house recruitment experience preferred.
- Startup experience is a plus.
- Strong interviewing skills.
- Experience with various selection processes.
- Proficiency with HR databases and ATS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making and organizational skills.
