Reporting to the VP of Talent Acquisition, this position leads global Executive recruiting for Veeam and is a member of the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team.
Given Veeam’s aspiration to scale to a $5B company over the next five years, a proven track record of success in building and leading an executive recruitment area is crucial.
Veeam’s Executive Recruiting team is responsible for attracting and hiring senior leaders across all areas and disciplines of Veeam.
We work closely with executives and organization leaders to ensure that we’re hiring talent to help drive Veeam’s business objectives and products.
This person must be a builder who seeks feedback and thrives in a learning environment—unafraid to try new things, embrace new ideas, and welcome suggestions for how we can iterate our processes.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Managing the full-cycle executive recruitment partnering with Veeam’s Executive team
- Actively recruiting for open executive roles and delivering quality best-in-class hires
- Setting the pace and energy to execute an ambitious executive hiring strategy
- Tracking metrics and implementing new ways of measuring effectiveness
- Providing timely reporting of key metrics and insights
- Partnering closely with recruiting analytics and operations
- Serving as a talent advisor to the Executive and Talent team
- Maintaining strategic relationships with external search partners
- Building and driving cross-functional partnerships
- Partnering with other TA leaders
- Assisting broader TA and model best practices
- Elevating Veeam’s diverse communities
- Leading programs in building creative ways of embedding connection and belonging
- Bringing up-to-date market data and global insights
- Consistently looking to learn, elevate and innovate
Basic Requirements:
- 10+ years of recruiting management experience (in-house executive experience preferred)
- Experience sourcing and closing executive profiles
- A trusted advisor to C-level executives
- Passion for developing recruiting professionals
- A leader with strong communication skills
- Ability to operate well in a fast-moving environment
- Collaborative teamwork and multi-tasking skills
This role will require someone to live within a commutable distance to our office in Seattle.
The salary range posted is On Target Earnings (OTE), which is inclusive of base and variable pay.
When making an offer of employment, Veeam will take into consideration the candidate’s expectations, experience, education, scope of responsibility for the role, and the current market demands.
