Miratech is seeking an Executive Vice President of Corporate Development. This role drives strategic change, including corporate development, innovation, non-organic growth (M&A), talent acquisition, and other growth initiatives.
We are seeking a high-performing individual capable of thriving in a fast-growing environment.
This executive position is a member of the Executive Committee, a key partner to the CEO, senior management, and external stakeholders. The Executive Vice President reports directly to the CEO.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing organizational development initiatives (M&A, partnerships, innovation, operational improvement, change management, project office)
- Managing the CEO's office and performing Chief of Staff duties (leadership development, talent acquisition support)
- Managing strategic partnerships and client acquisition/retention
- Overseeing strategic projects (strategic planning, corporate transformation)
- Managing advisory boards to the CEO
- Performing other duties as required.
Required Experience:
- Proven success as a CEO, President, COO, Managing Director, or equivalent senior executive role with P&L responsibility in mid-sized or large enterprises
- Recent successful senior management experience in a private equity or investment banking company; board member experience is a plus
- Preference for experience in IT services, professional services, managed services, consulting, or similar business models
- Extensive business knowledge and operational experience in a global, multicultural, and fast-growing environment
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and strategy
- Exceptional negotiation skills and data-driven leadership, with a deep understanding of business performance metrics, economics, and drivers
Required Education:
- M.S. degree, Executive MBA, or equivalent
