At Inetum Belgium, we're looking for a dedicated professional for a dual role as Facility Manager and Prevention Advisor Level 1, focusing on psychosocial well-being.
If you don't have the Prevention Advisor certification, we'll help you obtain it.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Organizing and managing facility processes.
- Developing, implementing, and coordinating prevention programs for a healthy, safe workplace, emphasizing psychosocial risks.
- Overseeing building/infrastructure policies, ensuring a comfortable, cost-efficient environment.
- Managing budgets and coordinating facility services/projects across multiple sites.
- Leading the facility team and reporting to management.
- Developing/implementing strategies to address psychosocial risks (risk analyses, action plans).
- Advising management/employees on stress, burnout, conflict resolution, and psychosocial issues.
- Providing training/coaching on workplace well-being, supporting employees through challenges, collaborating with occupational health professionals.
- Representing the company on the Committee for Prevention and Protection at Work.
Requirements:
- Relevant facility management experience.
- Prevention Advisor Level 1 diploma, or willingness to obtain it.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Thorough knowledge of Belgian legislation on workplace well-being/psychosocial aspects.
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with budgeting and cost control.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of Dutch/English; French is a plus.
