Field Auditor Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the field interviewer is data collection. Training will be provided, along with the necessary tools for quality and timely work, according to NielsenIQ's standards. Your role is critical to the Census. Your success hinges heavily on accurate and thorough information collection, which requires a high level of responsibility and cooperation. These tasks cannot be delegated.
- Actively participate in training and, upon completion, pass the certification exam with a score above 85%.
- Visit selected establishments to perform audits and surveys based on the methodologies, procedures, and instructions received during training.
- Read questions aloud to establishment owners or managers, exactly as they appear in the questionnaire, following the correct order and method.
- Adhere to assigned routes and workload. Be punctual to your assigned work location and immediately notify your manager of any difficulties, doubts, or problems encountered in the field.
- Carry all necessary tools (cell phone, ID, etc.), taking care of these items to ensure data collection is timely and accurate.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned within your competence.
Requirements:
- Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferably experience in off-office work (field work) related to consumer product management.
- Familiarity with the city (to ensure easy navigation and orientation).
- Proficiency with technological tools (Outlook, Drive, tablets, smartphones, survey software, etc.).
Skills:

- Quality focus: Guiding personal and/or other behaviors towards achieving and exceeding results, adhering to NIQ standards.
