Job Details
Work with the leadership team to model business scenarios, build and track performance metrics, price/evaluate opportunities, and manage financial responsibilities/budgets.
Be a strategic partner with various organizational functions.
- Liaise with business teams to establish project budgets & forecasts (short/long term).
- Adhere to and stay updated on relevant accounting/tax standards.
- Reconcile balance sheet oversight for various business units.
- Produce monthly management accounts and manage process documentation.
- Identify/drive process improvement opportunities within the Finance team.
- Provide training & guidance for junior finance team members.
- Define/track key success metrics/KPIs, collaborating with other divisions.
- Build actionable reports/dashboards for wider distribution.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis for insights/accuracy.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategy, roadmap, targets, and advise on hiring/market opportunities.
- Assist Investor Relations team with financial deliverables/requests.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a chartered accountant (ACCA/ACA) & 4 years managerial experience
- Membership in a renowned professional body (e.g., ICAN, ACCA)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, macros, data analysis, pivot tables)
- Extensive financial statement modeling experience
- Knowledge of accounting software (Sage, SAP, Oracle EBS)
- Ability to work autonomously & in teams
- Approachable, confident, high integrity, and responsible personality
