Role Overview: As the Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Own Financial Forecasts: Create detailed financial projections.
- Create Market and Contract-Level Staffing Models: Design staffing plans.
- Build Reporting Infrastructure: Develop and maintain financial reporting systems.
- Assist in Opportunity Analysis: Conduct financial analyses.
- Additional Responsibilities: Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. 3-5+ years of experience in financial management.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in developing staffing models. Familiarity with building and maintaining financial reporting systems. Knowledge of healthcare industry financial practices. Certifications such as CFA or CPA are advantageous.
