Full-Time Finance Manager - FTC

Responsibilities include:

1. Manage month-end processes (accruals, prepayments, revenue, software capex).
2. Manage intercompany processes, funding, and charges.
3. Prepare journal entries, schedules, general ledger reconciliations, and analysis.
4. Oversee and review client liability reconciliations.
5. Ensure accurate and complete month-end reconciliations within Blackline.
6. Review and approve junior team member reconciliations, ensuring proper support.
7. Analyze financial data (assets, liabilities, income statement).
8. Review and ensure correct payroll coding and understand key movements.
9. Collaborate with FP&A to understand financial performance, aligning with key business movements and responding to queries.
10. Assist in preparing financial statements for local filing.
11. Manage company requests with external/internal auditors.
12. Review indirect tax returns (VAT/GST), reconciling to the ledger and Netsuite tax reports.
13. Review and prepare ledger activity analysis for month-end reporting and tax analysis.
14. Collaborate with compliance on financial data for capital adequacy.
15. Prepare regulatory reports with the Payment operations team and compliance.
16. Manage tactical banking access requirements and preparation.
17. Prepare interim financial statements as needed.
18. Assist with technical tax analysis (transfer pricing).
19. Identify process improvement opportunities, develop solutions, and implement.

Qualifications:

• Qualified AAT, ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or similar.
• Strong controls bias and experience.
• Strong analytical skills and complex analysis/reconciliation experience.
• Experience in statutory account preparation.
• External audit management experience.
