Full-Time Financial Budgeting Manager (HR)

Key Responsibilities:

• Calculation and management of the annual and quarterly HR budget (20+ departments, 20+ categories).
• Cross-functional coordination with departments for budget planning inputs and validation.
• Budget analysis, preliminary evaluation of effectiveness, and preparation of budget defense materials.
• Preparation of monthly HR budget forecasts.
• Monitoring and control of budget execution via monthly plan vs. fact analysis.
• Development and implementation of effective HR budgeting and planning methods.
• Process improvement: Automation of budget spreadsheets, optimization of calculations and analytics within HR projects.
• Management and hiring of Finance Operation Specialists (processing payment requests in 1C, collecting data for plan-vs-fact analysis).

Skills and Experience Needed:

• 5+ years of experience in financial budgeting, with strong HR focus.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with financial tools and reporting systems.
• Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of data with high attention to detail.
• Strong working knowledge of 1C/1C ZUP.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with HR management systems (HiBob).
