• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth placement process.

• Keep records accurate and up to date on the ATS, ensuring compliance with data and legal standards.
• Stay informed of industry trends, market insights, and best practices in global hiring.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the Career Counseling Manager to ensure quality, alignment, and consistency in service delivery.

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 💼 Proven experience in recruitment and/or career counseling (preferably with international exposure or remote experience).
• 🗣️ Excellent English communication skills — written and spoken.
• 🧭 Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, recruitment best practices, and candidate engagement.
• 💻 Proficiency in using ATS and digital career counseling tools.
