Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Financial Systems Analyst to join our team. You'll bridge the gap between finance and supply chain operations, ensuring seamless integration of financial data, process efficiency, and system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- System Configuration and optimization: Configure and maintain D365 Supply Chain Management modules (e.g. Procurement, Accounts Payable / Receivable, Project Accounting, Fixed Assets, Expenses, General Ledger, Human Resources)
- Process Analysis: Collaborate with the finance, supply chain teams, finance transformation and risk and controls teams to analyse business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend system improvements
- Data Management: Ensure accurate financial data flow between supply chain operations and financial reporting systems; troubleshoot discrepancies and maintain data integrity
- User Support & Training: Provide ongoing support to end-users, be the first line of support for Financial Systems, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training on D365 SCM
Experience Required
- Qualified accountant or qualified by experience
- Previous experience in financial systems analysis or a similar role
- Several years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management or Finance & Operations (F&O) modules
- Experience with supply chain processes (e.g., procurement, inventory, logistics) and their financial impacts
- Proficiency in D365 configuration, workflows, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI integration)
- Knowledge of financial accounting principles (e.g., GL, AP/AR, IFRS16 accounting)
- Familiarity with SQL, data querying, or scripting is a plus
- Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management or Finance certifications (e.g., MB-300, MB-330) preferred but not required
