Full-Time Trade Compliance Specialist

Trade Compliance Specialist Responsibilities:

• Release blocked opportunities in Sales Force.
• Screening and Approve Contract in Sales Force.
• Review, Screen, and Approve Sample Shipment per compliance policy.
• Training stakeholders (FAE, Sales, CSR, Procurement, Logistics).
• Screening and Approve Due Diligence Questionnaire for distributors.
• Conduct Customs Broker / Freight Forwarder program per policy.
• Monitoring country of origin submission.
• Review and Approve Product HS Code classification.
• Weekly country of origin update meeting.
• Verify Customs Monthly Report (Import & Export).
• Letter of Assurance issue.
• Supporting customer survey.
• Quarterly Anti-boycott Reporting.
• Other jobs assigned.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Windows office required.
• Good English communication skills.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and get results in a timely manner.
• Work with a flexible schedule.
• Be honest, positive, active, earnest, and careful.
