Job Details
We are seeking a strategic and operationally grounded Senior Director of Global Food & Beverage to lead the development and execution of F&B strategies across our Premium Brands portfolio. This role will translate brand positioning into guest-centric F&B experiences, enabling local adaptation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership & Brand Alignment: Define and evolve a clear F&B vision for each brand.
- Collaboration with Regional F&B Leaders: Serve as a trusted partner, co-creating strategies.
- Concept Development & Innovation: Design signature dining, bar, and lifestyle experiences.
- Operationalization & Brand Standards: Develop and govern brand standards across all F&B touchpoints.
- Performance Management & Commercial Impact: Define and track key metrics across guest satisfaction, profitability.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of leadership in F&B strategy and operations.
- Experience working with regional F&B leadership.
- Track record of translating brand platforms into successful F&B concepts.
- Experience managing multiple brands and international regions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Business, or related field.
- Strategic and creative thinker with strong business acumen.
- Understanding of global F&B trends, guest expectations, and operational delivery.
