Audit Hotel Standards related to Food Safety, Hygiene, Legionella, Housekeeping, and general Hospitality.
Adhere to high standards of behavior (e.g. honesty and candidness) in the course of work and relationships.
Analytical thinking, Decision making, and problem-solving skills required.
People-oriented and Detailed-oriented.
Strong Time Management Skills.
Minimum 4-5 years experience in food safety operations.
BSc. in Veterinary/Agriculture.
Strong knowledge of food safety management, including prerequisite programs and HACCP principles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Flexible travel outside of Cairo.
Training skills desirable.
Excellent English and culinary terminology skills required.
Legionella & Housekeeping audit awareness a plus.
