We are looking for a Full Cycle Recruiter to join our team.
Responsibilities include:
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to identify and attract the best talent.
- Innovative Sourcing: Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies. Lead team discussions to brainstorm new and effective ways to find great candidates.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
- Stakeholder Updates: Keep everyone in the loop with regular updates on recruitment progress. Use feedback to continuously improve our processes.
- Problem Solving: Partner with the Team Leader to create and execute recovery plans for tough recruitment challenges.
- Data Analysis: Use our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to analyze data and generate reports that provide meaningful insights for stakeholders.
- Company Pitching: Develop and deliver compelling pitches to candidates.
- Social Media & Branding: Use social media to boost our employer brand and communicate our Employee Value Proposition. Represent us at career fairs and other events.
- Communication Skills: Show off your strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, in various professional settings.
- Market Research: Attend industry events to conduct market research and share your findings with the team.
Required Experience and Skills include:
- 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- English advanced proficiency
- Ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
- Adaptability and willingness to embrace change and continuous learning
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in utilizing sourcing tools and techniques effectively
- Familiarity with different Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
