International SOS Government Medical Services, Inc. is seeking a Functional Chief for Educational Services Facilitators for The Navy Fleet and Family Support Program (FFSP.)
The FFSP serves active duty members of the Navy, Marine Corps, Army, and Air Force plus their eligible family members.
This person shall have oversight of Educational Services Facilitator’s programs and services world-wide, that directly support deployment and mission readiness.
This Functional Chief will work with Service leadership in planning programs tailored to the needs of the Service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective program oversight of the educational services functions.
- Ensure execution of instructions and regulations affecting the service delivery in the programs.
- Assist in developing standardized curriculum and program implementation guidance.
- Continually identify best practices for program delivery.
- Assist Regional FFSP Program Managers on development of marketing plans and campaigns.
- Continually assess effectiveness of the educational programs and services execution and recommend adjustment of resources or changes to policy and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other FFSP personnel as the team works to provide FFSP support to individuals, families, commands and others entitled to FFSP services as outlined in FFSP directives.
- Oversight to ensure staff delivering services are accounting for all services delivered.
