Team: The Customer Excellence Group supports customers in achieving business outcomes through guidance.
Role: This senior role is a process expert consulting customers on transitioning business requirements to ServiceNow Generative AI configurations.
Responsibilities:
- Leveraging AI in work processes, decision-making, problem-solving.
- Expertise in supporting NowAssist and AI Agent solutions using ServiceNow GenAI and best practices.
- Defining, re-engineering, and improving customer processes through workshops.
- Leading customers in utilizing ServiceNow GenAI solution capabilities.
- Conducting design workshops to capture use case requirements.
- Obtaining business requirements from key stakeholders.
- Creating user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategies.
- Supporting customer reviews and approvals.
- Supporting internal unit testing.
- Developing customer-facing deliverables.
- Managing multiple projects/initiatives.
- Promoting continuous improvement practices.
- Supporting sales activities.
- Providing training and mentoring to other teams.
- Up to 25% travel.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of consulting experience in complex organizations.
- Proven ability to influence and consult across industries.
- Experience in defining and deploying future-state business processes.
- Strong understanding of AI models (including Generative AI).
- Experience converting business requirements to configuration requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (Proficient in Miro, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in Knowledge-Centered Service/Support.
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer focus, cultural adaptability.
- Proven team player.
