Full-Time General Manager - Caribbean Water Tech

Location Flexibility: Caribbean, Miami, Norfolk, Atlanta

Role Summary: As a General Manager for the Caribbean Region, you'll lead all Services functions across 10 countries, collaborating with senior leaders and managers to define strategic positioning, commercial strategy, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead operational execution, revenue growth, cost management, and profit maximization.
• Oversee the achievement of operational targets.
• Coach local sales and operations teams, driving training and talent development.
• Lead regional business roll-up processes.
• Prioritize EHS, quality, compliance, and integrity.
• Drive business strategies and process improvements.
• Foster partnerships with internal teams and customers.
• Manage regional operations, including resources and projects.
• Develop a skilled workforce through training and career advancement.
• Monitor and improve key operational metrics.
• Manage assets (plants, fleet) and their maintenance.
• Lead regional expansion and restructuring initiatives.
• Collaborate with global and shared services teams.
• Participate in executive-level strategy and planning.

Requirements:

• University degree in Business or Technical field.
• 5+ years' experience in water treatment, utilities, or similar B2B services.
• 7+ years of proven leadership experience.
• Knowledge of water treatment systems, equipment, and Desalination.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Strong strategic thinking, business development, and operational leadership skills.
• Experience managing multi-site, multi-country teams.
• Ability to travel extensively (over 25%).

Compensation: $180,000 - $200,000 (Annual)
