Full-Time GL and AP Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced GL & AP Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all purchases are supported with purchase orders and goods receipt prior to invoice processing.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Warehouses to resolve pricing and quantity discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all supplier invoices.
• Analyze and reconcile supplier statements, and follow up on issues promptly.
• Accrue expenses for unprocessed invoices at month-end close.
• Ensure staff claims and credit cards are supported by receipts and approvals (Global Authorization Matrix).
• Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules for Accounts Payable.
• Maintain proper filing and safekeeping of documents for audit purposes.
• Assist with supplier confirmations (if applicable).
• Process intercompany recharges for the Asia team.
• Collaborate with regional finance teams for intercompany transactions and reconciliation.
• Support auditors with audit queries.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects and assignments.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Good understanding of IFRS accounting standards.
• Familiarity with local Philippines regulations and tax.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• SAP ERP knowledge is a plus.
• Skills: Analytical, independent, meticulous, self-disciplined, good time management, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Amenable to hybrid/full-time RTO setup in Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Philippines.
